Way to completely misrepresent what I said and take it out of context. What I said was that if Xtoxm continued to attack me personally on a matter that has no relation to this game, I would ask to be replaced. I play Mafia for fun, not to be attacked personally. If you had read the rules, you would have noticed a rule that anyone harming your ability to have fun will be dealt with.

Misinterpreted I may have (I'm sorry though, I didn't reread the previous posts too carefully), but such a big reaction (a vote) to a statement is scummy. If a person is to misinterpret things, the best thing to do is to just tell the person that they have misinterpreted your words. It is only a good reason to vote when the person is on full attack mode on someone and using it as hard facts to support a lynch, which clearly isn't my intentions this early into the game.

I believe that lynching lurkers is always a good strategy.
Any scum that talks a lot is bound to slip up sooner or later. Also, when a player gets replaced all the observation about his/her style of play gets thrown out the window.

Lynching lurkers is NEVER a good strategy. If you are scum, then it is a good strategy if the town is stupid enough to fall for it.

ON the other hand, PRESSURING lurkers is better but not always good. When you lynch a lurker, it is going for the easy way to night, and most likely, you've killed a townie. Lynching lurkers is never good for the town. Pressuring lurkers is better but not so good. It gets lurkers back into the game, then making them give off scum-tells which gets the job of eliminating scum easier.

I'd rather see a lynch sooner than later.
So I'm voting for the current vote leader, who also conveniently happens to be somewhat of a lurker.
Feel free to accuse me of bandwagoning after the lynch. (If my target happens to be a townie, of course.)

Why would you want to speed the lynching process? So you can gain your night powers? This post is pretty scummy. Staying at day 1 is good so you have more of a resource after night on who was paired with who, who would have nk'ed who and more. YOU probably want to keep this information to a minimum, so you want to get to night so the town can't deduce anything from a nk. More scumtells -> more accurate lynching.

I don't think poje has done anything scummy, I feel the same way about not really having any solid information until we lynch someone and a lurker is usually the best place to start. As for applying pressure, I really doubt you're going to accomplish anything better than the random lynch you're lynching the random lynch advocate for...

Why is it so scummy to want to move the day forward when there's no solid evidence to go on aside from some people acting like assholes and some wanting random lynches? Which is better to kill, anyways?

What I'm saying is: I don't find poje to be unreasonable, but like he said, better to lynch sooner than later.

I did. Every post after he claimed doc I called him out for bluffing, one way or another. Why would I have lied about knowing his bluff without having proof? If I just put "HAY GUYS HE'S LYING I'M DOC" I'm the next NK. Instead, I made suspicion enough to prove I was a pro-town power role, and knew he was lying. It may not follow some level of common tradition, but I didn't feel like painting a bullseye on myself.
