Reminds me of the famous "pick a number between one and ten" jury question; I'll roll with it.

(this will be limited to 5 posts as a means of fairness)

you say in your speech that you regret the way you treated young writer and me, but honestly I feel like what i got was deserved? Like i literally almost got you out. I had a double vote and used it to, what i thought was, vote you out specifically. You had every right to burn the bridge and feel distrust there. I feel like that was pandering in a way? like being overly apologetic for your behavior but i already feel like it was valid. so why did you include that/what do you feel the need to apologize for?

For you, I just felt sorry for being fake in our messages, talking nice and saying we could make up and work together while really meaning none of it. The whole time I was doing that, I was trying to push your name, so afterwards I felt pretty gross about it. I can understand how it looks like pandering, certainly; but to be honest I having at least a 1 in 3 shot at your vote is way better than I expected. The point was for after the game more than during it, and I wouldn't have apologized if I hadn't felt like I did something to merit it.

For Writer, see what I wrote in his thread, as my treatment of you two was similar.
