Sometimes, despite all our best intentions, good manners break down and a physical exchange ensues. Maybe a sudden stabbing, or potentially a general scrum.
This challenge is going to be a
live challenge during which a melee will break out!
Each tribe may use up to
five players for this challenge. The challenge will take place at the regular challenge deadline of 7:30pm EDT tomorrow, and should be relatively brief. You have until then to strategize and decide who will be participating.
The challenge will take the form of a three round fight. Round one, the belt round, will take place on page 10. Round two, the scrum round, will take place on page 15. Round three, the mace round, will take place on page 20. Pages are based on the forum default of 25 posts per page, so make sure your settings are correct, and contact a mod if they are not.
During the challenge, only participating players may post in the thread, and there will be two allowable types of post.
Type 1: Post a number under 100,000 using plain text.
Type 2: Empty quote of a previous post (adding no text).Please continue to follow this format between rounds as well as during rounds.
Points will be earned or lost as follows:
+1 point for landing the first blow ("Here's your belt"). The first post containing a number on page 10 will earn the poster's tribe 1 point.
+3 points for being the first to quote onto the same thread page for each live round post that is a multiple of three.
-3 points for any post that quotes onto the same thread page for each live round post that is not a multiple of three. You may not use any bots or programs that automatically calculate or post on your behalf. You may use a manual calculator if you choose. You can quote numbers posted by your own tribe or numbers posted by the competing tribe. The forum is set to allow you to post once per 10 seconds.
The tribe that scores the most points wins immunity.
