I am so stunned by that I mean seriously I spent two hours getting endlessly frustrated and was despondent all day about losing and going to the jury

Do you think you needed it?

Oh for sure, I think the best I could hope for if I lost that challenge was M. Gustave holding up his end of the deal and voting with me so I could get into a fire making challenge.

Madame D. tugging HARD at my heart strings.  My heart does want to take her but my head knows that not only is that the wrong strategic move, it would very plainly be judged by the jury to be so and would only further damage any chance I would have to beat her.

I think there's a chance Oracle throws Madame D. a bone here and ties the vote against Gustave instead of voting her out.  His best FTC might be a situation where he picks up his solid supporters and a couple more winnable votes while Madame and I split the rest.

Confessional Prompt 32: Have you started writing your final speech in your head, or are you still worried that you might not be making it to the F3?
Shit man I've been writing and editing my FTC speech in my head every round since the merge started, it's a mess up there

I have to get up for work in five and a half hours. But no brain that's ok don't sleep perfect time to outline the opening speech.

I don't want to even tangentially support any of the opposition here as having winner like qualities, which is why none of my selections for TV Survivor comparisons were finalists.

Is there much conversation in the PMs about where this vote should go?

Heartfelt conversation with Madame D. which is mostly just acknowledgement of the fact that the right strategic move for me is to cut her.  She hasn't responded / been online since early this morning.  As sad as it is I hope this is a sign that she is feeling defeated, but I doubt she goes quietly and I think she'll continue trying her best to get votes off of her later.

Individual conversation Oracle assuring them I don't intend to tie the votes for Madame D.  Oracle might still be planning to tie the votes idk it's possible.

Nothing with M. Gustave today but I feel better about him sticking to the Madame vote as planned.

Continued hilarity in the dysfunctional Horsemen alliance chat where the three of us have been laughing all merge long about how we just can't seem to kill each other and are going to end up stumbling backwards into the F3.  Look at us now.

Gustave and Oracle really PMing a lot between each other right now, glad they don't have the option of a decision to make between voting Madame or me off!

Madame, I hope the jury's undoubted adoration of you is some consolation although I know all too well how bittersweet that feels too
