Reports have just come in about a deadly threat to our city! 5 bombs have been found and it's up to you to go and defuse them.
For this challenge you will be split up into pairs
Each pair must decide between them 1 player to be the expert and 1 player to be the defuser.
When you're ready to begin the defuser will be given a spreadsheet. Each tab of the spreadsheet will have a different panel to solve in which you must press buttons, cut wires and navigate through mazes to get through. The names of the tabs indicate which section of the manual you need.
The expert will be given a manual with instructions on how to defuse the bomb and how to solve each panel.
You will be given a instant messenger chat and a forum to communicate with your partner.
The expert can only ask questions and respond with which checkbox to click.
Both players can NOT use copy and paste, you must describe things in your own words.
When you're ready to begin there will be 2 forms in your forum, 1 for the expert and 1 for the defuser, only fill in the form for which section you are taking part in (if 1 player fills in both forms then you'll automatically be disqualified) These forms will provide you with either the bomb or the manual.
Your start time will be which ever form is filled in first, to submit a finish time the defuser must resubmit their form to show that they are finishing. Once you have submitted for completion you may not touch the bomb.
The pair who defuse the most panels correctly will BOTH win immunity.
In the event of a tie, the team who completed their panels the fastest will win.
You will pick your own pairs for this challenge, to do so you may post below, so for example I might post:
I am happy to pair up with Sherlock or Holly.Sherlock would then quote my post and state that he is happy to pair with me. By doing so me and Sherlock are now partners.
This is done on a first come first served basis.
Oh and 1 last thing...these bombs are on a timer and there's only 24 hours until they explode, so you've got to find a partner, find a start time, prepare for the challenge and complete it all within the time.
