    — quail
  • June
    — chicken
  • July
    — beef tartare
  • August
    — horse
  • September
    — rabbit
  • October
    — deer
  • November
    — offal (or turkey)
  • December
    — beef steak (or guinea fowl)

Eh, it's actually pretty good. Although significantly richer in iron than beef (so, it will taste quite gamey and may have a bit of a bitter aftertaste, thou the meat itself is generally quite sweet) and a lot leaner, so it needs to be cooked either a lot (as in, hours) or very little (as in, below rare) or it'll be too tough

idk, in my experience when people say "meat" they generally implicitly mean "from non-marine vertebrates" unless otherwise specified

Never had crocodile, what does it taste like?

I had it once a while ago but it’s like a mix between chicken and fish to me, kinda.
