Actually, in that context it is not a verb.

Different forms of "fuck" can be any of adjective, noun, adverb, verb, or interjection. You can see them all together in the sentence "The fucking fucks fucking fucked it, fuck!"

It can be used as and adverb enhancing an adjective, as an entire sentence, or even used as a way of dismissing people.
There is also a documentary I saw once on the word fuck that amusingly has a counter in the bottom corner counting how many times the word fuck is used in the entire movie. If I remember correctly, they use it 891 times.

Also, on the word, "fuck", I once saw an awesome video which is about 5 minutes long and explains all possible uses for the word. It sounds like a proper english lesson. In the end, it says something like "Use it often and proudly. Fuck You!" Anyone know the video I am talking about?
