Interesting that Mislim is up to the chopping block, during Night 1 I re-read the game based on Happy's flip and ended up suspecting Mislim based on their actions towards the end of the day. They said that they felt either Happy or eektor was scum in 504, and chose eektor specifically because I voted for Happy, which implied they were confident enough in their read on me that the person I was pursuing was probably innocent. But then they later claimed in 533 that they couldn't see any town motivation behind Happy's posts, and even said in 596 that everybody would be "trolling" if Happy survived to the end of the game. Then in 599 they go after Happy after all, based on Drew saying they should given their other comments. If they were actually so confident in their read on me, then that didn't seem to make much sense, so it seemed like they didn't have much conviction behind their pushes.

But I wasn't planning to post about this, because I ended up being wrong on Happy, so I was just going to see how the day played out. I'm still new, so I was curious to see what more experienced players thought and learn how they figure things out. Would be interesting if I ended up being right!

I also had some questions for @mod Marashu.

1: Not sure if this counts as spoilers, but could I hear anything about the Mafia's thought process making me the N1 kill? I'm curious about why I was chosen.

2: This isn't related to this game in particular, but is there a limit on how many newbie games can be running at once? I signed up for another one, and it seems like there have been enough players for a few days, but it hasn't started yet. Not sure where I'd find info about this!

Also, I'm not the listmod so take my answer with a grain of salt, but my understanding is that often players will drop out or be unable to commit, so the listmod likes to wait a couple days to make sure there aren't any last minute /outs from players.

I think python is scum here, partner unknown yet
I can see python already spewing me as town if scum, and I think there was a scumslip in post 12__ (which I forgot which post it was)
equally we don't even know if we can trust the tracker claim, that hammer d1 was also scummy (I was scummier tho).

I probably need more experience to get better at reading things, but after Day 1 I actually thought Python (and Alianna) looked pretty good, because they both resisted your wagon and you ended up being town. Obviously they could just be trying to make people think exactly this, but intuitively, I feel like scum would be glad to have a member of town get eliminated.

To be fair though, I haven't been reading as closely since I got eliminated, so maybe stuff has come up on Day 2 that makes Python look worse?

I still think Alianna is scum, but wow that day ended perfect for her, because Jason and Merlyn look pretty sus after that quick day.

Also, why did you jail me on night 1? I thought you were one of the only ones that thought I was town?

I feel very confident on who is scum, and am kicking myself for not switching to them to JK.

And I jailed you, eektor, because I felt you were town but I had just subbed into the game and was still getting my reads developed, especially after happy flipped town. Since you were the competing wagon I just went with you.

Actually my favorite part was day 2, you said that I had terrible partner equity with mislim and then day 3, you voted for me right away.

Honestly, for Jason I can see him hammering Mislim just to get the town credit to win the game as scum.
