Game mechanic - powerups! Each day (1-3) for the first 48 hours players may vote on a player to receive a powerup via majority. If no one is picked no one gets it.
Day 1 - Fire Flower - allows for double vote for remainder of the day
Day 2 - Tanooki Suit - enables flight and can be used as 1-shot Ascetic
Day 3 - Mushroom - 1-shot Doctor

8 town, 2 mafia - this is public knowledge

Peach - Magic Floaty Umbrella Thing - Loved Bodyguard (disables in LyLo)

Bowser - Fire Breath - 1 shot Strongman + 1 shot Ninja
Kamek - Magic Spellcasting - 3-shots total of Roleblock and Rolecop, can use whichever ones they want

Flavor safeclaims - Mario, Rosalina, Daisy

i tried to keep this pretty simple with only the powerup mechanic being anything beyond just a pretty average mini theme

I think I just want this to go smoothly after stuff got kinda off the rails in anything uPick

I would probably suggest varying up the gating methods so not everything is an x-shot but that is kind of a personal preference.

Is it possible to change the mushroom ability to something that could be beneficial for scum if they got it?

Scum seem a little strong comparatively not considering the powerups if they are multitasking tbh.

I feel like if scum are already strong then I don't want the Mushroom to be something they can use? Like a late micro boost to town

It’s honestly fine. I think it makes predicting the setup a bit easier but it’s not a fundamental flaw or anything

idk maybe like making tracker even-night or odd-night instead so there's an "odd one out" on purpose - I think even-night gives effectively a similar number of shots on average?

Sounds good! Changing it. I like how that will definitely introduce some questions into the setup when players are trying to figure it out.

You may only use this ability three times for the entire game. There is no limit on which type of spell you can choose to cast - you may perform 3 Roleblocks, 3 Rolecops, or any mix inbetween.
