I just realised, the manual dextrity to be able to make a poll on this site is quite impressive, especially because the spellingh on some of the threads I have made in the past may indicate that I have had something to drink.

Anyway, What would you rather do? It's a question that everyone wants to know the answer to.

Y ah there are lots of very small and nondangerous squids it's a no brainer really

I wasnt thinking poisonous, but it does have to be a larger squid. Otherwise what's the point.

It dosen't specify, so you can choose. Ambiguity in a contract always benefits the party that did not draft it.

Oh wait, is the second one supposed to be "challenge Dwayne, the 'Rock' Johnson to a tickling contest" rather than "find some stone and challenge it to a tickling contest".
I just now noticed. The other ones say "a", but that one says "the", so maybe the missing capitalization is just a typo.
Previously I figured a stone would be unlikely to accept the challenge and therefore that was the easiest item regardless of the contest rules. I'm less confident about "the Rock".

1. Water, but when you pick it up, it would be outside it's aquarium.
2. Big enough you would have to scoop it up with both hands but not so big that it would cause you difficulty lifting it.
3. You and the rock start tickling each other, first one to give up loses.
