Well, someone has just plain given up on the game. I haven't played in a themed game before, but I just don't like the idea of a claim without flavor.

I don't like this much, but I don't get ABR's response either really (especially the "just lynch me"-attitude).

I don't think we should take the chance of lynching a power role today.

Guardian's response to CES' claim seems a bit overly aggressive, but I suppose scepticism is a pro-town trait.

I was already voting you. In fact, when I voted you, I was the first one. I wasn't jumping or building momentum at all. That doesn't even make sense. I changed to Sarcastro in the post after it (actually diverting attention away from you).

I think two cops of varying sanities is somewhat unlikely and the flavour isn't all that convincing (I doubt Ibby would make a protagonist one out of two cops).

Also, as Guardian already noted, it is a convenient claim in this situation.

After a while, Ibby digs her book out from behind her dresser and begins to read it again. The villagers of Sunnyflower Acres have gathered outside the Mapleleaf Tavern. Arguments escalate among the villagers, fingers are pointed and accusations begin to fly. The peaceful folks Ibby had begun to know had become hungry for vengeance.

Finally, near dark, Cogito Ergo Sum is drug forward to face the village. He proclaims his innocence, crying out that he is but a simple tavern-keeper's daughter. His attempts to convince the village that he has done nothing but try to find the criminals fall on deaf ears. A rope is tossed over a large branch of the tree outside the tavern from which it drew its name. Cogito Ergo Sum is tossed upon a horse and brought beneath the tree. After the rope is looped securely around his neck, the crack of a whip is heard. The horse bolts forward and Cogito Ergo Sum is yanked from the seat of the horse. He dies quickly, his neck snapping with a loud *CRACK*.

As Cogito Ergo Sum is brought down from the tree, something falls out of his tunic. A villager picks it up and examines it, then holds it up for the others to see. Shining in the palm of the villager's hand is a small multi-faceted gem, once part of a pendant worn by one of the recently murdered villagers. The victim's mother falls to her knees, tears streaming down her cheeks.

Sure.. I'll go with the advice of the experienced players. I am the vig. The flavor is that I am a knight in shining armor and my task is to protect the innocent citizens.

I killed Coron for two main reasons: 1) He wasn't on the CES lynch. 2) He seemed to be lurking. It's possible that he just disappeared. But since we are short on time, I didn't want someone who would slow down the game by not posting.

I am not sure why Albert B. Rampage lied about his claim, but I guess it made him a scum target.

Rishi is cleared as a killing role that didn't kill N1 unless we have a counter claim. MoS is most probably clear (99.9%).

CTD seems unlikely scum with Sarc all over him, though it is possible.

Pooky is probably cleared -- but with two vanilla Bandits, I would be somewhat surprised if we had no scum power-role.

It seems to me that scum would be among Xdaamno, VitaminR, and Kinetic.

I don't really understand the case on Kinetic, but then again, I thought Sarc was obv town up to the point CES replaced in, and thought Coron was town too . I should have quick hammered CES -- I considered it, his claimed seemed so not-legit. Oh well...

From my point of view, VitaminR would be the most likely scum among the three that are most probable.

MOS, can you tell me who you got an innocent on last night to narrow down my own suspects after my re-read. I think I could tell you, with relative accuracy, who I think the scum are based on who your innocent is on.

Pretty much, I can guess that your innocent is either VitR or Xdaamno based on your current arguments and what I feel like I've gathered so far, right? (Leaning toward VitR being your investigation, since in my opinion he looks like the most likely scum, but you didn't even mention him.)

As far as I'm concerned the last scum is either Guardian or VitR/Xdaamno. Unless there is a Godfather-like role...

Anyway, I'll post my re-read notes, impressions, thoughts, suspicions, etc after I find out who MOS checked out.

The reason I am not seeing VitaminR as scum is that CES named him as innocent in his fake claim. I don't think that a scum would point to his partner. It just seems too obvious. Of course, this could be a WIFOM argument.

I got an innocent on Rishi, which is perfect. I thought there might be a chance of an SK setting up a vig claim, which is why I asked for the claim. However, Rishi is defeinitely clear, so we don't have to worry about that. Let us not forget that there might be a godfather. Just think about that in case I'm dead later in the game. Rishi would not be the godfather, of course, because he's the vig and gets a separate kill from the mafia.
