Tier - You're making a mistake if you think Scripten's questioning was coming from a newb townie.

overreacting and counterpushing aren't scumtells. Weak questions slightly so, but not enough to justify a full-on scumread. How about your scumread?

Spoiler: Why Scripten is scum
In post 12, BlueBloodedToffee wrote:Those two questions are awful. Is this supposed to look like you're trying to start discussion?

In post 27, BlueBloodedToffee wrote:
Your questions were bad. How are they supposed to help you work out somebody's alignment? They were awful questions designed to look like you were prompting discussion and scum-hunting.

BBT what is the scum motivation in pushing the issue?

Defensive. Feels quite strongly that he has to defend his position instead of just admitting they were bad questions. Scum don't like to look like/admit that they have made mistakes; genuine or otherwise.

In post 41, BlueBloodedToffee wrote:

And there it is. You were offered a route out by Tier when he made the comment about newbie questions and you have jumped at it. You're also now softly admitting to mistakes you have made after my comment re:scum not wanting to look like they have made mistakes.

Again, yawn.

These are all the same tired old points that you started out with. I've explained my POV and if that's not good enough, then go ahead and push that lynch. I'll keep on attempting to scumhunt and actually help the town. (If we can get people to stop idling for RL days...)

Actually, I have a question about ; what exactly was you paranoid about?

PEdit - That's so pro-town of you to do so. I'm not scum-hunting. At all.

PEdit v2 - Not sure if they're lurking or simply inactive. It's annoying, that's for sure.

Yeah it is, there is a difference between lurking and being inactive; I interpret both differently depending on circumstances.

What do you want me to say on people who haven't posted anything?

I was clarifying this:
In post 35, Scripten wrote:
I'll admit I was slightly under pressure later on. I read your vote on me as that OMGUS vote I'd been expecting out of you.

That is, confirmation bias made me read your vote on me as OMGUS. I thought I'd explained that clearly, but apparently not. My bad.

Tunneling a single player and barely interacting with anyone else isn't good scum hunting. It's short sighted and, in this case, wrong. Let's say you pushed that lynch on me right now. I'm going to flip to flip town and we're left with very little information. Maybe this hurts your feelings to hear, but your playstyle is more harmful to the town than my poor initial questions.

Would like to see more from Wolfy and Vettrock given they know the game has started. Those two are lurking and I don't like it.

I think what's happened so far is mostly crap.
There's only 3 of you contributing significantly and I haven't seen anything alignment indicative...
...except, maybe...

It wouldn't surprise me if BBT & Scripten were the scum team - distancing with aggressive push in the full knowledge that we're not going to lynch on the basis of this discussion!

@BBT
I honestly don't see how you get a scum read on him (there's not enough for a town read either)
The discussion will move on and other wagons will form.

Weekends not good for me (especially holiday ones) - I suspect that's the same for others.

I can't judge on 3 players out of 9 talking - the odds favour at least one scum inactive.

given that only 3 out of 9 players have more posts than the mod, and that scum gain more from not posting than town, I think it's highly likely that at least one scum is inactive and quite likely that both are inactive.
on the other hand maybe one scum wants to be hyperactive for town cred (looks at BBT :P )

I think it's likely that BBT is actually scum hunting but subconsciously thinking he only has a choice of you and Tiershift to choose from - because you are the only ones posting.

None of this is bad - RVS wagons and RVS discussions are always useful later.
We just need a lot more people interacting before we even think about a real lynch.

I can't add any more originality to my sheep than this...

What else are you looking for, the exact points have already been made, and they are legit points. -Don't push shitty wagons against RVS posts, unless you want to be scum read. Generally town are more likely to question motivations before jumping to conclusions. In this case your motivations seem clear, and there's no reason to be all paranoid.

And, now that you know I have an issue with Vettrock, why are you still pushing that it was sheep? I don't care if Tier voted him first. But even more seriously, a wagon is going to start sometime, and not everyone can be on it first.

Let me bring up a point that I don't think has been mentioned yet.
In post 19, Scripten wrote:We're still in the VERY beginning of the game, so it's nothing strong.
Still good for later

Do you really plan on bringing this up later? Because it isn't strong at all, it's weak.

I was the one pushing a wagon? Really? BBT has a 100% TOTES SURE wagon on me that he's been preaching at people like it's the next gospel, but I'm the one pushing wagons. Kay.

I'm... not? I'm pushing that your vote/case on me is nothing but sheeping, and you're not denying it, are you? You're super concerned about your placement on a wagon, by the way.

I'd bring it up again if I needed to so as to add to a later line of evidence.

FoS: Josh_B - I don't like that you have a score to settle. I don't like that you're sheeping BBT as hard as you are. I
really
don't like that you're so concerned about your image that you'll switch wagons just to be on at the right time.

Don't invent shit. This is a false attribution with no basis of any truth whatsoever.

Josh_B - I don't like that you have a score to settle.

I don't care whether you like it or not, it isn't for you.

I don't like that you're sheeping BBT as hard as you are.

Did BBT say that promising to bring up your weak push later was scummy too? Or is that not original enough

I really don't like that you're so concerned about your image that you'll switch wagons just to be on at the right time.

According to you, When is the right time exactly? Here is my image...
Image
and it's not changing anytime soon.

If you say I'm not giving out original information and I give out original information, is that still sheeping. Maybe I should let BBT respond to your post first, and then I'll just say whatever he says exactly like you are accusing me of. Multiple people are capable of recognizing and calling out BS when BS is clearly presented, maybe you don't understand that part.

Or are you just trying to tie me to BBT? I really wish I could vote for you more times.

Still a little bit early to start looking for teams guys, especially without a single scum flip.

Not liking my current Tier vote, that guy may actually be town. Looking for a new wagon. Any suggestions?
