You wake up to find a bloody pulp on the ground, limbless, headless, and punctured with many pairs of tiny flesh wounds. Some how a pair of sharp pointy objects got through the armor. Surely there must be a vampire about, cries someone in the crowd. A trail of blood leads to find the arm bone in a bush a few feet away, stripped entirely of flesh. Maybe someone wanted a midnight snack before they went back to bed?

Astronaut, Black Knight - Cult Leader has died.

11 are alive, 6 to lynch. Go!

Seems Astronaut was killed by the rabbit, a very good night for the town I must say.

for saying first post.

That was lucky. I'm going to agree that it was the rabbit based on the night scene, and I'm going to guess that the rabbit's a SK - or maybe scum with the Black Beast of Aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh. *shrug* Either way, one of the town's enemies offing another's very fortunate for us.

The Black Knight always triumphs!

There's a clear tendency towards me getting more and more often nightkilled. Not sure if I should be flattered because people think they're offing a good player or upset because people just want to get rid of the most annoying guy asap :|

All right; we'll call it a draw. And the co-mod's father smelt of elderberries.

That just leaves Enigma91 to check in.

In the meantime, some speculation to get the ball rolling:

- presumably the Astro/the Black Night recruited last night, so there will be another cultist around.
- I wonder whether the surviving cultist is able to kill? Or even thmeselves recruit?
- I understand why Sinister Overlord suggested that the rabbit is an SK, but it hardly seems likely that we have a cult
and
an SK
and
mafia. And if we do: :(
- In a Monty Python theme, there is no reason why anyone couldn't be scum. Plus, the person that Astro recruited can presumably claim his/her original role. So I fear that claiming strategies are not going to be much help. Unless anyone wants to claim rabbit now...

Well, if the game is based specifically on Holy Grail (rather than a mix of everything Monty Python's done), I wouldn't be surprised if the French were the mafia.

But there's enough characters in Holy Grail that scum would probably be able to invent their own plausible ones.

Hey everyone I don't think I'll random vote today. :(
Well just considering that this is a mini and monty python has lots of characters I would think this is just holy grail or else the sheer number of claims available would be crazy.

Well... then it should be really easy for us to find some scum... I have watched the holy grail but a long time ago... anyone know where a good place to find a list of characters would be?

for not liking random votes. This one isn't random, happy?

Kenji, While I also think there's just characters from the holy grail in this game, that doesn't make it easy to find scum. I guess there's about 30 characters in the movie that could be in this game, I'm afraid it would be easy for the scum to fake a claim.

No one else has mentioned this yet so I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not - but I'm not from holy grail. So I wouldn't get too excited just yet...

This doesn't give scum an advantage for claiming or anything does it?

I'm not the only one am I?

As it's called Monty Python mafia rather than Holy Grail mafia, the game consisting purely out of Holy Grail characters wouldn't make that much sense. I can see the characters being taken from the movies as most characters in the series were never fully developed.

Now we know for sure that it's not just holy grail, I think it's best to not talk about it, so we don't give the scum any hints on possible safe claims.

Ehm… I have some problems at following what you’re talking about, since here in Italy I’ve never heard about Monty Python.. Actually, before starting this game I had no idea that it was a movie! (I thought it was a game linked with the snakes or stuffs like that! ) so forgive me, but I have no idea if my role is from Holy Grail or from something else…

However I would like some explications about these two sentences, since they're not clear for me

-presumably the Astro/the Black Night recruited last night, so there will be another cultist around
-In a Monty Python theme, there is no reason why anyone couldn't be scum. Plus, the person that Astro recruited can presumably claim his/her original role. So I fear that claiming strategies are not going to be much help. Unless anyone wants to claim rabbit now

I promise that I’ll try to gather some information about Monty Python, since it seems that knowing about the theme can help a lot in this game..

Since Astronaut was a Cult Leader, we can probably assume that he recruited someone else into the Cult during his night action, unless of course he died because he targetted scum and something else stopped the scum kill.

Anyone could presumably be twisted into a scum role because Monty Python is just weird like that. Or, if you were asking about the rabbit, the Killer Rabbit is a famously vicious bunny that attacks and kills many knights in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

And if you can get your hands on Monty Python and the Holy Grail - or anything else they made, really - it's hilarious.

ah, un altro Italiano :D , come stai? Maybe it's better if I speak english. If I were you I'd download/rent/buy all the Monty Python material I could, as it probably represents the funniest material our civilisation has ever produced. You bring shame upon Italy and humanity in general when you say you've never heard of Monty Python. :D As to your second question:

If Astro recruited last night, there will be another cultist around, but that person will still have the role PM he got from the mod, so he can still claim his original pro-town role. Therefor he can't be discovered by his roleclaim.

I think with Shamrock's post that's what you wanted to know.

---

By the way, this game is way too quiet at the moment step up the conversation.
