What you're thinking of is Amnesia Mafia. Bob stated in a Pm that the mafia don't know who each other are. I think he added that in to say that even if Mafia figure out who each other are, they can't say so.

I contacted the mod last day just as a test to see if this was right, but I didn't even get a response. I don't know if this is on purpose, or if he just overlooked my PM, but it does make Iammars a lot scummier on my radar since he seems to have so much knowledge about the Mafia.

I don't think a FOS as such is appropriate, since enderx didn't know if he was scum at the time he voted. Since n_lich got three votes I think it's likely that one of the people voting for him was scum. Unfortunately, people voting incorrectly in the first day has complicated this signifigantly.

Also, remember the rules, the mafia don't know who each other are, so we didn't go and plan it, and furthermore, why the hell would I, as mafia, make it so plainly obvious that it's me by lynching the person in front of me?

Also, apparently, I have a double-vote, or EnderX has a double-vote, or someone else voted for n_lich. Also, TSAGod and Crola apparently have negative votes... Doctor-ish roles, I guess, which could prevent (if they worked together) up to four people from voting someone.

Really, though, the only person I think is suspicious is bdonlan, for trying to paint me as scum just because I voted the person I was supposed to vote.

I hadn't noticed there was another vote missing. Since we didn't have a SK death, it looked like the mafia would work by giving extra votes or redirecting them. As such, whoever voted for n_lich naturally falls under suspicion.

But if scum don't know they're scum, how could they have known?

My guess is that both of them just strangely piled up on the same person as me, voting before the plan went through, just like EnderX did.

Well, I'm glad you know yours, because my night PM only confused me to hell. = \

@bdolan - nevertheless, you still FOS'd the person who actually was supposed to be voting that person. Similarly, it would've been pretty hard to miss that Ender didn't vote his target, and that's why there was another two votes on mine (however, I did miss that there were two people who missed their targets...muh. I'm just confused).

I can only attribute missing Ender's, er, miss, to me not fully examining the vote list for missing entries. I knew EnderX was missing his vote, so when I saw 3 I assumed one of the two was a double vote. That said, it seems unlikely that two votes were both placed on n_lich in violation of the plan - I'd expect them to be placed on different people. Which is why it's vital that CaptainDuctTape checks in, so we know if his vote was actually placed on n_lich or if it was redirected.

Oh, and FWIW (EBWOP?), I too now know my role. I strongly suggest nobody give away further info ('I'm not a cop', 'I'm just a townie') as it'll help the scum narrow down who has the power roles.
