Maximumum's analysis of Rajr's play so far pretty much sums up my feelings as well, if I haven't already stated them. I'm quite pleased with my vote.

You were right, it is 5 votes (MoS, Stoofer, max, puzzle, IS) if I counted correctly.

There, Mum gave an analysis. You all should be happy and furthermore, oblige her by lynching rarj.

If we do end up voting for Stoofer, and IS is wrong, do we kill him next? I figure the most important part of this day isn't so much who to lynch, but how to play the next couple of days.
The problem with this game is, we won't know if IS was right or not. We don't get to hear the roles upon death, right?

I don't have any reason to change my vote for the moment, I don't think Stoofer is in any danger and it's not like we have any better idea.

A medium knows the alignment of those that have died. But for all we know the medium was killed last night.

From what I hear roles are revealed publicly after medium dies. Not the previous deaths, but all future ones. Or maybe the mod won't use that mechanic.

ok, well according to IS' style then once you lynch me then you will gain a great deal and then figure how to play the next day because the medium would revel waht my role is and who died that night.

the only problem is that me being the medium you would be stuck not knowing if someone is good or not in the days after.

Unvote rajrhcpfreak
.

Without a counter-claim, I want to keep him around as the medium is a source of information, which is something precious for us. I also see no reason to believe that there isn't one in the game.
With a counter-claim, my vote returns.
For now, I'll ask Thoth to come up with reasons why I should be voting for him, and I'd like him to respond to those.

I wouldn't be greatly amased if we had two mediums.

We can cross check your claims. If you can both come to the same conclusion each night you may both be medium. However if your results do not match one of you is scum. If one of you is scum we will find out sooner or later, so the risk isn't that great and as long as you both agree we can be all but certain that the results are correct. That would be a huge advantage for the town.

By the way I will be away until monday.

We have 8 different roles for 12 players, including probably 2 werewolves.
In this, we have seer and medium as different information roles. Having 2 mediums would mean 3 information roles : that's a bit too much for me to swallow.

As for the dead, let me see my crystal balls : both good !
Woohoo, what did I win ?

Finally, leaving a potential werewolf alive means 1 more kill tonight and my personal objective is to kill scum every day. The risk IS great and I can't see the benefit.

My vote stays.
For now, I'll ask Thoth to come up with reasons why I should be voting for him, and I'd like him to respond to those.

I highly doubt we would have 3 info roles in a 12 person game. And I want to speed this game up. I am going out now. When I return if raj has done nothing to defend himself I will vote him.

Unvote, Vote: Puzzle

well more than likely you all will be listening to one of us after we kill, being that the medium that lives will be the most powerful person in the game. i would hope that you wouldnt kill the real medium. its pretty obvious that the first people to die would be both good. i think everyone saw that coming.

if im still alive i wont be able to post prolly till sunday, im graduating in an hour.

Cam and Hp were killed last night for flavor reasons (non werewolf roles couldnt target them, werewolves automatically targeted). They were not actually in the game. Therefore the medium couldn't have died.

If the deaths were predetermined, would they really have been scum?

Ha, I played in games like these before. The medium isnt all that special anyways. I say we kill him, better than a seer.

Where does it say that non werewolves couldn't target them?

I'll admit, that was a bit stupid thinking back on it now. :/

Before they died it said not to target them with their night abilities, but it was deleted when they were moved onto the deadlist. I'm going to PM the mod and ask if i can have the exact wording bc it was on the front page at one time, but I dont know what he will say.

Also, this is a mini, and having them be anything other than plot devices would bring this to 14 people and into the Theme Park

@ Rajr : if you were really a medium, you would vote the other medium-claimer, i.e. Brushhopper, not me. If you think it is the most powerful role, how could you conceive that you are two to share it ?

That just confirms what I thought.
For now, I'll ask Thoth to come up with reasons why I should be voting for him, and I'd like him to respond to those.
