I don't always - in this instance it makes sense, as it's an easy way to improve the ratio of vanilla to unique roles. Don't know why you're arguing for 12 other than familiarity.

Hello guys, I just got internet back. I'm here in Joplin now. I caught up the past few pages and all I can say is dang... But I guess now would be a good time to explain what I was thinking.

One Tracker OR Vigilante

I put a lot of faith in two things by claiming Vig. 1. I knew I could waste the day. 2. I'm sure I could've pushed the heck out of a crap case to get everyones attention away from my partners and mislynch. It was working to some degree, with a little bit of fire added here, a little bit of fire added there, and a little bit of fire added to every other case people wanted to push. and 3. Everyone surrounded around the idea that we had a vig, I started to think, and even bet that we didn't. However if we did, at night I was planning on killing either Amrun or Andrew as the mystery spot that I couldn't read, in which case would've been the vig and made Day 2 a WHOLE lot easier.

Silver, with him confusing the PR pool, would've kept the next few days busy while we eliminated the next few people for the nights, and with one or two already believing Silver as town, I figured we could push this at least for 2 more game days, and by that time we'd be in a very very good spot. With me still being alive, and claiming who I'm going to kill as the "vig" before every night phase, I could state that I've been left alive because I kept picking town targets.. darnitt! I was pretty sure, at least to a couple people here, me still being alive would've secured my spot as town while for others, that genuine suspicion would rise again but it's nothing I couldn't deal with.

With my Vig claim however, I tried as hard as I could to make it look like natural panic and not planned mischevious works. And I figured I could try and play the natural noob card like I did at the beginning with my innocent questions towards the plan (lol), and apologize for "being such an idiot" and claiming the way I did. The only thing that could've ruined my plan, a part from there being an actual vig, is if the Tracker counter claimed. Still though, there would have been some benefits.

Unfortunately though, with there being a Vig, and me dying (and being without internet) before the start of Night One, and not being around to help out with the defense of Coventry, I lost an opportune chance to help my team and thus wound up costing them the game instead. Eliminating two / three of us Day One just kicked our own plan back in our faces, and left our final partner in a very, very unfortunate light. So I apologize for that. I didn't count on not having internet...

Other then this, good game everyone. Oh and I've been wanting to say something since the very beginning... and this is meant from the bottom of my heart, and I speak on behalf of my team as well when I say this...

You put is in a bad position with that. Either way, I bow out of respect for pushing our hand. I tried to position us so we weren't in such a bad light but I failed and cost us the game. Oh well.

No, in the beginning it stated there is either a Vig "or" a Tracker. Or being the operative word here.

I understand Neil, but it's up to the PLAYER to choose Tracker or Vig it is NOT picked by the Mod like Psych or Detective. So it's kind of assumed that we had a Vigilante because who really picks Tracker? Vigs are much more useful to town
