Yea after i suggested the no lynch i was kinda regretting it because i didn't consider the possibilities, was just pure luck we got scum both nights.

I mean, I'll be the first to admit I wasn't fantastic in this one, and as of D2 I was probably most people's #2 choice for a lynch. But had VRK not happened to be a Cop, you wouldn't even have had that chance; I would have secured an easy mislynch of Cirno, and the game would be over.

Cirno definetly looked scummy. I started to feel very mild suspicion towards Sens with the kill on Sandman and thinking that scum killing someone they feel concerned may be a cop would be a risk they could not take.

I actually liked the idea of no lynch. Since there seems to be a good chance of a wc if he lives past the first night then he confirms the person he checked by being alive. The only thing you have to think about is scum fake claiming.

Also I played this as if I was really a weak cop and what I would do. I thought it might put a target on me.

Farside had to be a townie as she both survived night 1 and suspected her hypoclaim target (VRK) day 2.

I think the logic fell into place for us, rather than us getting it right. We intended to keep the WC's alive to confirm townies when they won us the game by killing scum. Would've been more tricky if two had died at once but the original plan would've ended up eventually causing claim headaches for those alive. Swings and roundabouts, a win's a win

As much as I hate admitting it, I do think better play won this game. wolf and farside in particular played extremely well, and it made it very difficult to plan kills that left enough possible mislynches.

Exactly. No one would have considered you as a possible target considering how horrible Cirno's play was.

GG Town, I think we got really really lucky with both WCs hitting scum with investigations and the scum not cross-killing them to confuse things.

I was hoping that I would live through the night if Sens was not scum, because it was either him or Cirno, since I had an innocent on Wolf and farside's play was very pro-Town.

Sens the only thing that gave me any inclination you might be scum was your too-helpful attitude. And that's not anything someone could use as "proof" of scuminess. There's no way Town would have won if I wasn't a 2nd cop. She was pretty much an auto-lynch for today.

That reminds me; I was extremely frustrated when farside came to your defense about hypocopping me before you could answer. I was desperately trying to get a read on if you were a Weak Cop, and her response allowed to you not have to give the reactions I was digging for.

The key is that its a 2-Scum set-up, and chronek was outed as Scum by D2. That means that if anyone claims an Innocent result, the target is confirmed Town. It doesn't matter how hard to believe farside's claim might have been, if she claims to be a WC, either she is one (and you're Town) or she's Scum (and therefore you're Town). Since we hypocopped N1, if she ever died you'd be revealed as Town, too, if she were a WC.

I'd be very interested in playing this sort of set-up again. I think it really does reward good play.

I wasn't trying to side step to help VRK when I awnsered the question but I did find it odd that you question him when I hypoclaimed someone that I had a case on and obviously found scummy and was the first to hypoclaim.
But I'm glad to have helped the town by stepping in like that and creating a target. I do think in my view after sandman was killed and if VRK died I would have looked more seriously at Sens but cirno really was making my scumdar going back and forth.

That was basically it. I knew it was a risk leaving VRK alive, but didn't want the WIFOM of killing Sand and VRK.
