Nice reply. However, in the light of your earlier
Also, like I said earlier, I have no eye whatsoever as to what people's role is based on what they say; just based on what they claim. I couldn't have picked out Otaku from there.
this seems just a bit constructed. Note that no-one actually accused Corsato of anything, but both Talitha and I picked up (in hindsight erroneous) scum signals from his posts.

Also:
As soon as day 2 started, DP said that it was probably a newbie making a mistake. It seems like that could very well be that he was killing a) an experienced player, b) someone who he could pin on a newbie, and c) probably make someone waste a cop-claim.
I think I came in AFTER the start of the day, didn't I? I can't remember too clearly, because I had no night choice to make anyway, but I'll check in a moment.

Okay, "as soon as day 2 started" is wrong. But when you came in, you were pinning it on newbies. That seems somewhat odd to me, when it seems like only an experienced player would realize that it's smart to kill Corsato. I guess I couldn't really say why you killed Corsato; because you didn't. Wacky did (If I'm not really confused).

Nope, you did. And we've been through this already:
it seems like only an experienced player would realize that it's smart to kill Corsato
Yes, or a newbie would off the most experienced player.

I've explained the logic that I would've killed Jadesmar... You keep saying that it could be a newbie screwing up, but my logic (whether it's right or not) would make me kill Jadesmar at night.

It doesn't matter how experienced they are; it matters how much they are onto the scum THIS GAME. I'd kill the person who's accusing me this game, if nobody is, I'd kill the person who most other people think is innocent.

The Corsato kill could've been a newbie who simply chose the player who'd been around longest, or it could've been an experienced player trying to make it look like a newbie kill - so I can't put it down to either one. I just feel that it was more likely a Wacky move than a Pie move.

I don't think I'm going to change my mind about voting DP. Right or wrong, I think it's the best option. So, anyone have any last words?

Oh, and congratulations Talitha as well. Good show for the town. I was indeed the final scum.

And thanks for modding Quagmire.

Definetly long game.

Good job, Tal! Thanks, DP... you had me going for awhile when you first came into the game. Sorry for the screwey cop claim.

Yes, DP was telling the whole truth. He was the remaining mafioso.

Town wins! The only remaining two alive players were townspeople. Thus ends the longest and most overanalytical newbie game ever.

Yeehah!!! :D

Thanks so much for modding Quagmire - and for being patient while I was dithering!

Pie: Your cop claiming idea was a good one, in principle. I was considering trying something like that myself. I think it was the execution that let you down - the real cop would never be that obvious.
I was very nearly going to vote for you for the sole reason that you seemed to know that Willows_weep would turn out to be innocent. Only the scum could know that for sure. I guess it's just that you've got the kind of mind that is always one step ahead of everyone else!

DP: Very well played as always. You kept me doubting right up to the end.

masterfully played, guys. It's games like these that i know I have a lot left to learn in the arts of turning arguments around.

btw,

what do you think one should do when replacing someone like feantur?

I would have just not drawn attention to it. If you had said "I'm not Feantur and so I don't know what he was doing" and then stayed out of the action, I probably wouldn't have voted for you.

Yes. That's good advice. Still, it is not easy coming in as a replacement for scum, with all the ballast of your predecessor's posts.

EPR: I don't think you can ask the town to disregard what your predecessor has done. They have to use whatever information they can to try and win the game. And while you should do your best, you shouldn't be too disappointed if you can't turn people's suspicions around. I think you played really well in the situation that you found yourself in, and I'm really glad that you replaced because it meant that the game could continue, so thanks very much for that :)

:D
What is the point of using foul language, downright rudeness, slurs, etc on a gaming site? This is really distasteful.
