It's got nothing to do with an over-reaction. I don't like people throwing out unfounded suspicion, whether it be on me or someone else. The fact that it was directed at me meant I was more prone to notice and also wanted to defend myself against suspicion that, I believe, is unfounded.

I would like you to answer the questions, I don't want people to become unaccountable for their suspicion and or votes.

I'm not cool with a Dean/Xtomx lynch today. Now that Dean has been replaced, I can't help but think some of our opinions of him were heavily influenced by his lack of posting. I'm not defending lurking like he was by any means but seeing as he needed to be replaced I think we really have to rethink our views about him without the lurking variable (no pun intended) of his inactivity.

I have absolutely nothing to go on with respect to Dean/Xtoxm so i wouldn't endorse that lynch today. I also will not endorse the lynches of Alabaska and spring.

I'm not really for an Al lynch or a DP lynch, and thus, I'm not for a duel between the two. I believe Al's claim and I don't see much of a case against DP. Tomorrow will have to be the day that I decide my vote.

Now, we are 48 hours away from a deadline lynch. I don't see DP dead today - didn't see him as scummy, and I would like to see if Alabaska will survive the night. Other people don't seem to have reacted to your overreaction, or to my vote in response of it (other than gorckat) - so you are probably not getting lynched today.

Since gorkcat pointed some perfectly scummy comments from DW pre-replacement, and Xtomx has done nothing to convince us otherwise - maybe he is just waiting for the duel to kill off some townie.

I really don't think that you understand what I'm saying here. Something is only scummy if scum are more likely to do it. You are not willing to explain why scum would be more likely to do it, therefore I find that your justification for the initial FoS is lacking.

I have FoSed them, I didn't vote them. However I did vote DP before.

I'm okay with GW's answer.

Armlx I'm more suspicious of, because he first agreed with GW on his reason to ask AJ's rank, but upon further prodding his reason seemed to differ from GW's. That and the way he asked, and the fact he asked in the first place.

That said, I'm sticking to my DP vote atm because 1) I don't think Alabaska is a good lynch 2) the sense of scumminess I got from DP earlier that day is still my strongest impression so far.

Frankly, I don't understand why Flameaxe and armlx are voting AJ and I'd like them to state clearly why they think it is a good idea.

Spring, clearly you are interpreting my posts in a tunnel visioned fashion. The only reason I had to ask for the rank claim is a slip up, and all my discussion on it was to refute your idea that revealing rank in that scenario would just give the scum information.

Frankly, I don't trust AJ's claim at all and believe he is the SK using a safe claim. Thats why I'm voting him.

As it should be. The comment was not bolded, I don't even think I used the word scummy - it was not an accusation, it was a comment. The way you are overreacting to that, though, is what I call scummy.

You are trying to defeat my argument by combating a point that I am not making.

That said, with about 24 hours for the deadline, we have 3 people tied with 2 votes, and 5 people not voting. It would be REALLY cool if those not voting, or voting for the 1-votees, came up to justify their (non)-votes.

I've made my case against GW fairly clear I believe.

Although if I had to vote for one of the two-vote people, it would probably be Xtomx because of Dean's lurking combined with the opportunism he had. It was borderline leeching and didn't really add anything. I don't like voting replacements but in the case I could see it as justified.

At that point I was more focussed on the fact that he answered a question specifically directed at someone else. I wanted Claus' answer to that question and because ooba gave an answer Claus had something to base his on.

I don't understand the question though. Is that directed at me, or is that what I should have said to ooba?

Well, as I have already stated, I do not feel Al or DP is the correct lynch for the day. That said, there is only one way to prevent those lynches at the moment, and that is to
