Guys, let's discuss the set-up.
What we know: There are 12 players, 2 scum groups, and people that can win with town or scum.

What we can reason: 2 scum groups are at least 4 scum, and people with multiple win conditions also exist. Seems town is screwed unless there was some twist inserted.

Well, it says that some people might have infiltrated the mafia, so they might be acting like a Mafia Usurper or something like that.
And where does it say that there are two mafia groups? Apparently, there's the "His Maesty's Royal Dancing Squad," who I think is the mafia, and the emperor, who I think is on the town side. The secret faction doesn't sound like a scum group to me, maybe a third party or masons. Although with xyzzy, you can never be sure.

Or maybe an info role with all the cloak colors, or maybe a role that can inspect you and get your cloak color, or maybe just inspect a cloak color and get the team?
but this is all speculation of what *could* be, but really.. who knows for sure...
Since *everybody* has a different cloak color, who knows what info we can get out of it...
