Well with NtW wanting to shot bobz I find it hard to believe he would be scum with him, especially after what happened day 2.
Idk how you can balance a role that is town aligned survivorlist with scum in the group. I had one theory, which was a traitor. It was the only thing that made sense that could balance the group.

My win condition is modified town, farside was the first pony to point that out, NtW is town telling up and down the board. All of that says we are all town. I mean the win condition alone, you really buy a town-town-scum neighbor group where town members can only win if one of them survives in a situation where if the scum one dies at least of the town ones will get instantly NKed?

Let's just say that, knowing my role, it's not likely that all the neighbors are town. I'm 90% sure there's at least one scum amongst them.
