I suppose we ought, at least, to wait for PBuG.

With 11 players still remaining, I think we can hold off another night for claiming.

PBuG : Have you been able to narrow anything down with your findings?

Why, BM? Did you have any reason to suspect him beyond his claimed guilty on a player who appeared unlikely to be scum from his deathscene?

no seriously, im in alot of games with N9V, and this same thing happened AGAINST him there. i just have a gut feeling that he thinks the same thing will work here, and he will gain unquestionned protection for a while.
Yup. You explained it based off gut feeling, and the fact that IH came up not-likely-scum. This is not enough reason to be that confident of someone's scumminess that you are shocked when they come up town.

I'm just getting a really bad vibe off of you, not to mention- you're still alive. :D

I agree with the above post.

I think it's worthwhile for me to say that I saw something involving someone on a broom last night. I don't want to go into the full details about the event at the moment.

I saw the same strange occurence

Is it worthwhile mass-claiming to move the game forward?

I think PBuG is MIA. He's who people are waiting for, I think, and his absence is pretty much holding things up. I don't like the idea of a mass claim with 11 players still alive.

And if the broom was out last night, presumably that means PBuG has important information for us. I don't like waiting, but I think it's probably the best course of action.

Well, this is what we have right how :

1) Another murder

2) Our most promising lead is MIA

3) Those who saw something last night are not wanting to say anything about it.

So what the hell are we suppose to do, then? Has PBuG been prodded?

I also am thinking strongly against Raffles(at the moment). Bird1111 was elusive, but there was more of a case against Raffles. Had PBuG seen Raffles out in the past few nights, I think he would have gone after him instead. I _could_ be wrong, but that's simply how I feel.

If PBuG doesn't show up after being prodded, I think replacing him should be a priority. For the mean time, well, I don't know. I still think mass claiming is not a good choice with so many still alive.

Just popping in to say a couple things:

1.) I have never seen any strange occurrences at night.

2.) I would not be opposed to a mass claim after PBuG returns/in replaced

Feh, I'll get this day moving again.

The person I saw on the broom was not PBug. (I saw the relevant person get off the broom.) I've got a fairly good guess about why this happened, but I'm not certain of it.

(I've been holding back because I wanted to test PBug/the person on the broom/possibly theodor about this issue. I've decided that testing PBug isn't important, and this is the best way to test the other two people.)

Also, if you haven't said anything about previous strange occurances, there is no good reason to start talking about them now.

Did
you
see who got off the broom, Theopor?

Thok, are you saying PBuG is lying to us? Also, if what you're saying is true,
what
exactly were you intending to test for with regards to the person you claim to have seen?

I don't believe PBug is lying. (I believe there are better alternative explanations for this that are consistent with what we've already heard in the thread.)

Theodor's said things that make it likely he's gotten at least part of PM that I received.

I was sort of hoping the person I saw get off the broom would admit to it, and possibly help move the day along.

Thanks... That could have been avoided, since Theopor, at least, hadn't seen who it was. The FoS is also pointless.

In any event, I didn't want a mass claim so that I could possibly get one more night in of spying on people, but apparently that's not going to happen, at least not in secrecy. So since both PBuG and I were both pretty much revealed, I think it's time to come clean on everything in case we both are picked off tonight.

So here's the scoop. I was the one on the broom for the past three nights. I am actually surprised no-one seemed to have picked up on it(except maybe for Thok), because I had mentioned earlier that I was "given" a broom and that I had used it(ironically before Thok even joined the game). Well, this wasn't
exactly
the case.

PBuG and I are both witches, and work together. We can either deliver items to people, or fly into the sky and spy on people. The thing is that only one of us can go each night while the other does nothing of importance. I was afraid that, after someone spotted where I had landed, that each night that I used this ability, more would be revealed about my identity. But to be honest, I've found this aspect of the ability to be much more helpful than the gift-giving.

So let me get straight to the point. This is what we've done so far :

Night One : We delivered
A Rune of Hardiness
to Akbar, and
A white cat in a wicker basket, all set with a pretty pink ribbon
to another individual. I'm not certain I wish to reveal this person's name at this time, however, I am wondering if the description of Bird1111's death and the thing I gave away are related. Also, both PBuG and myself made
numerous
clues at the dawn of day two for the two people who received the items. Unfortunately, they were lost in the downtime.

Night Two : I flew up into the sky. PBuG stayed home.
Sightings : ~N9V~, Akbar, bird1111, Mastermind of Sin, Shanba, and one or more individuals who I will not name.

Night Three : I flew up into the sky. PBuG stayed home.
Sightings: ~N9V~, bird1111, Mastermind of Sin, Shanba, and one or more individuals who I will not name.

Night Four : I flew up into the sky. PBuG stayed home.
Sightings : Akbar, theopor_COD, and one or more individuals who I will not name.

However, Theopor_COD needs to claim,
now
, because his presence last night was a first.

, pending PBug confirming the story. I was worried that PBug had sent you a broom, and that you were scum trying to deny what happened; if you read your posts they come off that way. I was also vaguely worried about a witch cult, but decided that was silly (cultists don't give out items).

I will say that you/PBug are in less danger then you think you are.

I agree with your assessment of theodor.

My role is that of a hider, called in theme terms the blind beggar of Lupieri, each night I'm allowed to hide with one other person in the game and as long as that person isn't attacked I will be safe from any night kills or actions targeted at me. If that person gets attacked we both die.

Last night was the first night I used my role, as in previous nights I was more concerned with hiding with the wrong target, decent players get killed - not so decent ones aswell . . . last night I felt I was a possible night kill as I've come under little suspicion - WIFOM mainly scum take out a player unlikely to get protection what not, hence I chose to hide with the player I felt least likely to be attacked being as we have no vig, essentially a case of me looking after my own skin, I hid with Battle Mage. As I say previous nights I've hid nowhere due to me feeling less likely to be attacked than anyone else.
