Okay, this game is pretty hard to get a grip on. I don't think that The Fonz is being manipulative, just outspoken, and I happen to agree with several of his points. First, it seems clear to me that we are indeed in a limited reveal game. We're just not getting much solid information on the deceased, so we have to rely on flavor pretty heavily to deduce anything from the death scenes.

Also, while I don't think that N9V should be given a free pass, I don't think he's the correct lynch at this time. If a cop comes up dead or counterclaims, we'll know to look pretty closely at N9V. (Note that I'm not suggesting that the real cop (if N9V isn't it) counterclaim at this time. Only when he feels he has enough information to make it worth claiming.)

As for bird, it's possible he has a posting restriction, but I doubt it, because that would mean both he and Mr. Flay were silenced in the same day. I still think Raffles is a good play for today. As I've stated before, I strongly suspect he is in a third scum group, and while I consider N9V being insane to be unlikely, a Raffles lynch will account for the possibility that he is. Be that as it may, bird
needs
to contribute.

Reyo :-(

The Greg : You do realize that there would have to be
two
cops in the first place for N9V's claim to even make sense? N9V claims he can reveal Mafia players, so one would think that there'd also need to be a cop for the werewolves. What I'm saying is that the death of a cop wouldn't necessarily dig N9V's grave unless we are able to determine that the cop could only investigate Mafia members.

Agreed on Bird, although I think he
may
be going the way of the Flay. Yeah, that rhymed!

I don't think it makes much sense that bird would have a restriction. When he has posted, it's been negligible content. Not like Flay where he was posting like gangbusters and then suddenly stopped. I still think Raffles is a good play for today, but I can see the value of applying some pressure to bird.

I make it four votes on Bird. Akbar unvoted and switched to Battle Mage.

I'd rather we just replaced him.

Hmmm, I put BM in the lead with 4 votes and Fuldu switches to Bird to make it a tie. Wonder if that's just coincidence.

That may be the case. But, I was right about MoS. At the moment, you and Fuldu are the best lead I have.

Bird, when you finish, please tell us what you think about N9V's claim as well as IH's death scene.

thats fine, as long as you TRY and think objectively when faced with something new. If you are town, and go in with the attitude that i am automatically scum, you may aswell be scum. oh and dont think i havent noticed your attempts to tie me to Fuldu. Common scumtell.

Really? Hard to believe you noticed something I blatantly stated at least 3 times already.

Btw, did you just try to say it's a common scumtell to find you and Fuldu suspicious? Do the Mods on this site give you and Fuldu town roles more than other people?

Did BM really suggest that looking for possible connections between two other players is scummy?

Unvote, vote: Battle Mage

I appear to be on my own now with my major suspicion of Raffles. Battle Mage's play is differing from his usual level of productivity to an even lower one, something I thought to be impossible.

No, I suspect Raffles as well. I just voted for bird because thought it was important for him to contribute.

Starting later tonight, I will have no internet access until Saturday, June 30, so I will
unvote
since I don't like having a vote that I can't monitor or control.

no, i suggested that its scummy to try and invent a connection between 2 players. a tactic frequently used by scum, is to tie their buddies to a townie. its possible that this is what you are attempting to do with Fuldu now.

On another note, i would be concerned about Kisons lack of useful comment, had he not be doing the same thing in other games atm...

Trying to find ties to other players is a common TOWNIE tactic as well.

ah but there is difference between trying to find ties, and trying to invent them. I suspect Akbar may be doing the latter.

Yes, I know it's a bit of a dick move to vote someone who's just requested replacement. But a re-read of MoS reveals a lot of posts which could be seen as coaching, and I want the replacement to arrive under a little pressure.

Sorry, all, somehow this game didn't make it onto my "watched" list. Don't mean to ignore. I'll read back and see what I can do.

At the bottom of the page, right below "New Topic" and "Post a Reply" there should be a link that says "Watch this topic".

At the top left of the page, "Watched topics" is an option. There it should list only the threads you're watching.

I, too, have many games and find it makes it much easier than trying to go back and remember how many I have in the "Normal" page, how many in "Themed" or whatever.

So to place "a little pressure"(with a lone vote) on an unknown replacement, your removing your vote off your perceived scum? That makes sense.
