Let's talk rationally for a moment;
Rach is scummy as fuck. A good portion of us agree with this; including individuals such as

whom would vote if not for the doc claim. So pay attention to this closely:

If Rach is town, scum has two options; kill Rach to avoid a doc save, or leave her alive for WIFOM - because she'll probably be tomorrow's lynch.
If Rach is scum, scum has one option; kill... anyone. Rach will die tomorrow. Maybe.

So if we lynch Rach tonight, we only lose someone we

might have maybe probably would have

lost tonight anyway because Rach cannot possibly protect everyone. Plus we don't have the WIFOM-eventual-lynch of Rach tomorrow. Which scum could use to - guess what? - get two free kills out of (N1 and N2).

We lynch Rach today. If she's scum; we win. If she's not; well, frankly, we probably don't lose a whole lot.

On top of that, Rach's claim was scummy as fuck. So... Fuck you, Zabiano Domingo Rodriguez, Rach Buddy No. 1.

Huh. After a quick check back, I guess I meant infamous in my head because I can't find anyone else mentioning it. And it's awful because, at the very worst, as town you would know that people were setting up a lynch you disagreed with, by definition, if you are town, you don't know when you're lynching town. Basically, it implies knowledge that you wouldn't have unless you're scum - classic slip.

Except I had a townread on tiger and I was seeing the PL as opportunism. Therefore considered tiger town and voiced that thought. And believe me, I wouldn't slip like that if I was scum.

It wasn't the "meta" part that was scummy, it was the defending part.

My point is he defended D_O and called him town because of meta, yet he had issues when I was calling people town or null because of meta. Which meant that it was okay when he did it, but not when I did it.

But then we lose what mollie had to say on the issue. She no longer has to come up with an original reason for something that another player found scummy. Especially when you were clear that you didn't have a town read on her, why not let her answer what the player has to say? Maybe she'll slip. Maybe she'll notice something scummy about the attack that you missed. That's why I keep saying that there are two issues with it.

It's not like I prevented her from answering. She still had to come up with her own reasons - if she just copied mine it would be obvious.

Except, it's not irrelevant. You're claiming that HD was linking you to set up two mislynches, if it's impossible that he could keep up the link to achieve this, his purpose becomes void.

No, I didn't say he was setting up two mislynches. I just said he was pushing both of us so he can lynch one of us on D1. There was no talk about setting up another mislynch or any long-term goal he could have. So yeah, it is irrelavant.

Your argument has ALWAYS been clear. I'm trying to make clear to you why I completely disagree with it. If you were attacking the argument and saying that arguer was scum for the argument (which isn't how it started) then you would have a point. Does that make my viewpoint clear?

I did not argue that the accusor was scum, I argued that the argument was bad. Townies CAN and DO make bad arguments, especially on D1 with nothing to go by. And it was perfectly normal for someone who had not played with mollie (although that wasnt the case for HD) to not know what mollie does and what mollie doesn't, and since I knew that those actions were perfectly normal for mollie, I knew the argument is bad. Did it come from town or scum? I didn't know at the time. So no, I accused nobody and defended nobody. I saw a bad argument and explained that it's bad. That's all there was to it.

You're not getting to decide what lynches happen and which don't. It's entirely possible that someone with 0 votes at the moment might get lynched, if the town feels like it.

I was kind of knocking this idea around and noticed Zab's last vote before DOne was Siv way back here, which he took off without voting anyone new when Siv replaced out. The atmosphere at that time was heavy on a DOne push. I don't really get why Zab didn't vote DOne before now if that's where he was leaning (as town), but I also don't really understand why he wouldn't just go ahead and bus Rach now since he already set up the distancing earlier (as scum).

You're forgetting there might be doubles of any power/night combo. Meaning we might have two N1 doctors. Which means that Rach is not guaranteed to die if she's actually town and her protection is valuable.

Interesting - RachMarie has done a couple of scummy things yet those you mention are not among them. Fluff mean nothing as they can be posted by town too and the vote on slimer was not a scumtell. It was a typical reaction for someone who doesn't know how slimer acts. Although if she insisted on it, it would be. She didn't.
