Yes. I think he felt he was going to be covered by the "there's no way town could do something so stupid" defense. Besides, we need to show that players who don't follow the order will be shot.

And lets not worry too much about slot order's right now .. Think of it like a Day 1 . Lets all decide some person and all 5 shots are aimed at him/her till they die. Slot discussion confuses things ..
