Dafuck? Why can't town do it to get votes?
Because it means that you don't really have any reason to vote for him. You're just saying the same thing over and over to get folks to jump on your wagon. That's anti-town AT LEAST, if not scummy.

Okay. Just making sure, since I've tried to be respectful and use logic this game.

I’m still pretty accurate with my Day 1 reads, specifically my town reads.

Because in doing so, you're basically appealing to our fear of the Mafia so you can get town lynched. THAT's the danger of AtE; the idea that someone can hesitate into voting the wrong guy and we get a bad kill.

One good thing that has come out of this is that Brafin is proably town. If he is scum then *insert obligatory Moz rant about scum blending in etc*

To the first point:I think it is something you'd see slightly more often from scum. But only slightly, that is.
You never being nightkilled is not a indication of good play, and even if it is true it is not a town tell; also you also suggest that Boon lives that long.
And the last thing is mainly based on
bribery
. Asking for votes is generally ok. But trying to push someone who just threw a wrench into your wagon efforts close to deadline on the wagon based on bribery and downplaying the ability of the person who didn't like your wagon...
That
is bad.

They could, theoretically. But WHY would a townie ever do that? It's a very scummy tell, and so puts the player at risk.
And your AtE is part of your AoR;
In post 874, Mulch wrote:Ok everyone let's stop this idiotic theory talk and vote Jordan
You've just pushed to get Jordan voted, hoping that people will get scared of letting who you think is scum walk free.
Also, appreciated the lol and the lmfao. Those are also common tools (like an OMGUS) that Mafia will use when they are on the backpedal.

I'm trying to get my scumreads lynched. You 2 are inexperienced and don't unerstand that town can use all tactics available to get their SCUMREADS lynched. Aggresive play is not only scum lol

Because that's EXACTLY what a mafia would do. They breed fear among many to cause dissent and mislynch.

MOZ, BOON, MULCH, DUNKER, MASSIVE, NOTKNOW, BRAFFIN PROB TOWN.

Acid and Ras pos. town

Scum in: Fykus, Assembles, Xnand, Carc, Pisskop, Kamin,Texcat, Unabom, Wavemode

That may not look great, but assuming Acid and ras are town, that's prob. 4 scum out of 9, almost 50/50 chance of hitting scum, which Day 1 is pretty good.

Lack of proof = no reason for scumread.
No reason for scumread = pressure test or scum mislynch
You're holding awfully hard for a pressure test.

And proof would be those two scummy psots you told me about, for example, or those questions you supposedly asked him.

Breed fear among town? Because that's so anti-town that's not even funny. Making factions is never a good townie idea. They shouldn't need to.
