Like most perma banned people obv didn't care enough about the site to respect it or others or w/e they got banned for why does it matter if they get a banned title why are you wasting thought on something that really doesn't matter.
If banned people didn't care enough about the site why do others care so much about what title they get and what it represents etc.

I just think it would be neat and there would be utility in it and if *insert current title fairies name here* felt like doing it moving forward I would nod and smile and then sip my coffee and go back to doing whatever it was I was doing before I was nodding and smiling and sipping my coffee
I mean I don't see any downside to giving banned users a title, unless the process of applying a title is a lot more difficult for psyche than I think it is

either (a) it's a short ban and you remember from the thread or (b) it's a permaban and is either recent enough that you know about it or old enough that you don't know the user anyway as they don't post
