Is time stopped during finding replacement? If yes, I /in

Reminder for people to keep a tab on the first posts which show the current roster of games in the queue. I do miss people joining games at times, especially if people are signing up for multiple games or joining and removing their names from games. I keep an "updated to post" count for your reference. If you tried to join or leave a game before the previous update indicated and do not see your name on the list as it should appear, let me know and I will fix the rosters. Once a game starts, it is too late unless someone willingly is willing to remove themselves from the game.
This game is played with the recommended deadline rules on the setup page: six-day Days and nights that last 48 hours at most. Players must have some experience playing Mafia as this is an atypical setup.

Deadlines are suspended while a player is being replaced. Once a replacement is found, either the old deadline is reinstated, or the deadline is set to 48 hours from the moment of replacement, whatever comes later.
I've added this to the suggested deadline rules on the wiki.

-In the first half of the first Day, all townies send in a ranking of all players. If they don't send in a visiting action later on, their visits will default to the top living player on their list.
-Instead of performing a night kill, scum can arm a townie for a night.
-Townies visiting an armed player will both arm themselves for that night and die. This means that everyone chained to scum's target through visits will die.
Play advice for town
Don't massclaim your future targets. This will result in at least two deaths every night. The safest base strategy I can think of is to target your less fashionable scum reads, although no fixed public strategy is bound to work. Only keep a pet scum if you're 100% sure about them.
Be open about your reads. The danger of having a multi-kill because scum outguessed the town's targets doesn't outweigh the increased lynch accuracy and scum/town-visiting rate that results from transparency.
Play advice for scum
Never give up before being lynched. If you claim scum and the town decides to keep you around, you'll essentially turn the game nightless.
The gist of it is that only people who are wrong about the Mafia can be nightkilled.
It'll have a BaM-like ruleset (short deadlines, no forced replacements, just requested replacements and modkills), which I think will work really well with the setup.
Shoot me a message if you'd like to be told when it's happening.
2 years later the promise has come true
2019 stats: Town WR 76.7%, overall WR 81.667%, 1 scum defeat involving a major mod error in lylo vs 8 scum wins.
Me gonna accept hydra. If you don't like hydra, PM me privately. I would prioritize no hydra request.
