There could be, but then again there could just as easily be a cannibal, psychopath, mime with brain disease, or Captain Thelonious McAwesome. It goes against the theme, no one seems to be acting especially like one, and frankly, I don't usually expect one in any mini theme.

I support what hasdfgax says. The "GJ" is a small scumtell, and its also very strange that Day 1, you ultimately conclude "not a jester," and then day 2, what do you do? Bring it up again!

Has, I think Gorrad defended his point nicely, as I can't see where he said "I think there is a Jester in this game" and it looks to me like his argument was that only a scum would claim to be a Jester, which, while I disagree, Isn't really a scum tell off of him. the GJ is, but you can't base a case off of it.

Meh, maybe. I understand that point somewhat, I just thought we had gotten over talking about the jester because we decided that it's very unlikely, then Gorrad comes back and begins talking about jester possibilities again.

Also, I will disagree with you about the GJ comment, because in a couple of instances, someone has said that, then turned up scum. Those were the only instances I've seen of someone saying anything to that effect, and each time, it's worked.

I'm going to look over SM again, and see what I can see. Until then, I'm satisfied with my vote on Gorrad.

. As for the "GJ" comment, if this were a live-action game I would use that as a starting point for grilling, but my experience with Internet Mafia tells me that congratulating the town isn't as big a scum tell online.

I think scum are more likely to make a "woe is us townies!" post than a "we did great yesterday" post.

Hey, I needed to find something to use as a reason, it seemed like a good one to start with. There wasn't a whole lot going on at that point. Plus, he may have said why

I had my suspicions earlier and hasdgfas still stands out to me.


I think when you look at DG's(proven scum) interactions and then look at Hasdgfas inside that frame, you can see some quite scummy actions going down.

You do realize that the scum are trying to win and therefore may act in such a way to put suspicion upon people who otherwise wouldn't be suspected. I'm not saying I'm totally clean of any scummy actions, but very few people, if any, are always seen as pro-town in a mafia game. A great scum tactic is "buddying up" to a pro-town player so that once the scum is lynched, everyone is like "the scum thought X was really pro-town, X must be scum." The truth is, that's rarely the case.

I support this statement. I'm not going to go so far to say that scum wouldn't follow the votes of their partner, but I don't think its a big tell for one scum and another player to have voted the same. And I, too, find "I don't see anything" statements suspect.

Gorrad's first post of the day included a "GJ yesterday." Like I've said, it's similar to the "OMG doc's dead" scumtell. I feel it's unnecessary to congratulate the town for doing their job.
However, SM is looking rather scummy. I don't like how she basically says that since she pointed out that DG was scum, she's probably town.
In addition, her post which included a vote on me had some of the worst mafia logic I've ever seen. DG and I voted for the same person, therefore we're both scum. What? DG said I hadn't done anything scummy, therefore I'm scum. What? How could you possibly say that? Did you even think about the fact that the mafia are trying to pit us against each other? The mafia knows who is town and therefore would easily be able to say that.

This isn't even mentioning d3sisted's terrible play day 1. I will gladly vote for SM, but I want more people to post and say what they think before changing my vote.

Certain? No. I'm FAR from certain. I just have this air of confidence, hard to shake it. Right now, I think SM and, likely, Fhwqwgads, are scum. I'd also estimate that there are more than three, but that's just my gut speaking.

Well, unless we have a vig firing into the crowd, there's probably an SK, but it seems improbably that there is more than 1/3 scum. I'd be less surprised if there were only two mafia than if there were four. Because that's a lot of scum.
