If Sylar would want the Gorgon role, why would lynching Gorgon worry you?
What was it about Yvonne that you refer to as "swooping in?"
What made you think that we've caught scum in Yvonne's swooping in?

There is a 50% chance that Gorgon is NOT the SK. How could that NOT worry me?

We started voting Gorgon and Yvonne came in and said "what about blocking Gorgon everyday..." trying to direct CKD.

Yvonne did it quick and it just felt...and I do mean felt... like scum worried about their buddy.

It is true that Gorgon's ability is the one Sylar is the most likely to covet. However, targetting Gorgon was also the kill most likely to fail.

It just occurred to me that CKD targetting Gorgon for a NK, and then if it failed, claiming to have jailed him, is possibly the optimum course of action given that combination of role and alignment. I'm not sure it's

likely

- but it's probably what I'd have done in that precise situation. Since Gorgon being Sylar, and *someone else* being Sylar and having been foiled by the jailing, seem to be more obvious reasons for that combination of events.

Of course, the reason those two seem more likely is probably because they are. Grrrr. The thing that I think most conclusive is Gorgon's disappearance in reaction to these revelations.

Actually, @Gorgon: It would probably be useful, if you genuinely are pro-town, to reveal whether or not you phased out. Since a 'no' rules out that explanation above.

This is a good point, and furthers the case against Gorgon -- it's less likely that he was the one targeted, so increases the chance that he was the one targeting.

I tend to agree that there is little harm in asking Gorgon to reveal whether or not he hid last night. On the other hand, perhaps what ckd is alluding to, it's possible that Sylar-Gorgon is giving up on the game, realizing that his lynch is an inevitability, and so waiting for answers from him might just be prolonging the day for no reason.

I must apologise for my absence these last several days. My life took an unexpected turn and I lost my usual source of internet access.

I am, of course, on board for the Gorgon lynch as it is improbable that he is pro-town.

Welp at least I made it in time for twilight. I very much doubt Gorgon will turn up mafia as he's got noone defending him, but there is certainly a decent case to be made that he is the SK so not too upset with the hammer. Also we haven't gotten much in the way of mafia leads today, that's a shame. I won't blame anyone becuase I was one of the very light contributors on the day so it is my fault as well.

I'd say it's very likely there are at least one or two scum on the Gorgon wagon. Being that he is either town or SK, it'd be an easy vote for scum. And getting this day over with avoiding much in the way of discussion while possibly taking out Sylar would be a good day for them.

First if you're worried about the Gorgon lynch, why are you on it. Second what does Yvonne swooping in make you think you'd caught scum? Gorgon is being lynched today on suspicion of being Sylar, he then shouldn't have a partner to protect him.
