Except it certainly is 100% obscure. 1, it's meaning isn't google-able(leanan is, lily is not). 2. It's not a reference to a site thing. 3. Unless you are part of the small contingent of people on MS who read this thread (25ish out of a few hundred) you'd have no idea what the title was talking about or what it meant. And as psyche said, it only has meaning to the 5 or so people that are nthing it.
Whether it fits her or not, it's just not a rock solid title. It seems like a friend title not an MS wide title.

But if you explain it makes sense and can be appreciated whereas something like Salmon the explanation is just "oh it's an inside joke" and nothing else.
