Mafia was in a lot of trouble with the people put on it.

The Town as Scum Scores:

The average was about 6 for scum whereas it "should" be around 7. But truthfully averages aren't quite as important as the extremes. A single scum 10, 11 or 12 might allow scum to get to lylo and, with a reduced townie town, get a win. Indeed, a 9 was good enough to survive a while on his own.

Persuasion isn't a skill that is that important early on as it kind of gets muted. But the fact that their towniest members only got persuasion of 9 and 8 limited the effect they could have had on the end game (where persuasion tends to play a pretty crucial role).

So compare to town.

Town averaged a 7.6 Town as Town score, well above average. Scum hunting of 10.46 is about exactly average, and persuasion of 10.8 was considerably higher than the scum's persuasion score (Scum had a persuasion average of 9.8)


So overall Town was fairly strong, scum pretty weak.
