If you are town and you care about getting mislynched again, I don't understand why you're completely unwilling to claim your role. I don't know what you mean by you didn't need to claim your role; you're right, you didn't need to claim your role when you did, but it's not like people weren't pressing you (they were) and it's not like the claim isn't needed now (we're near deadline, you're in the running to get lynched). I understand frustration at being pushed for reasons you don't agree with, but spite not-claiming your role isn't the solution; the only thing you're doing is making yourself a viable lynch when you really really don't need to be.
