Fun fact: I did the laundry two days ago, and some of my clothes are still damp. I have been airdrying them in various locations that I have wiped down inside my dorm but the process is long and arduous. I will not put them back in the dryer and pay more money because that means I will have lost against those greedy capitalist bastards running the university

Ruin, has come to the laundromat.

You remember our venerable laundromat, disgusting yet alluring, gazing proudly from its stoic perch above the gallows.

I lived the last few years in that ancient, soap-young adult infested hellhole, fattened by frivolity and a playerlist too great for its own good, and yet I began to tire of... moist-related shenanigans. Singular unsettling tales suggested the laundromat itself spawned village idiots and apathy, and encouraged even the best and brightest players to apathy and vacation. With soap and dryer sheet in hand, I bent every effort towards the pursuit of finding the moldy socks that lied near the heart of our beloved laundromat, exhausting what remained of the lifeblood of my heart. At last, in the soap-scum soaked crevices beneath the largest washing machines, I unearthed the damnable socks of antediluvian evil. Every step shook the foundations of the laundromat, some cried for my death. Some cried for help. In the end, I alone fled, despairing and wailing through the LED-infested laundromat halls. Until sanity failed me.
