Also if we're wagoning people for lurking and/or not contributing to the game I feel creature is better at least there are people who can vouch for Nos for being like this everything I have ever read about and or seen of creature he's an extremely engaged player.

If he wanted to pressure lurkers Nos is the easy target but the fact that he looks behind the curtain on lurkers and found, in his opinion, better option for a legit reason is very pro-town
