I think I'd be okay with that. Only problem is that if no vig kill happens, we're stuck wondering if it was a doctor, a roleblocker, or a lie in claiming.

And why would a doctor heal those targets?

Actually, maybe I could see one scum team having an RB and another having a scum doc. Maybe not on the same team together. Also if we do have a vig I wouldn't be surprised to see if someone here had a BP.
