Hmmm... mass claim can work wonders.

Although what if we get people claiming Mafia A? Looks like it's the safest route for someone who looks scummy, simply because you can say, yeah I'm scum. You can't lynch me because then the other team wins. But then there is a complication of if Mafia A claimed mafia A? Mafia A could have claimed town and then a mafia B claimed mafia A. Perhaps we should have whoever we think is mafia A claim last? But then that puts an immediate bias on a person claiming mafia A before-hand. I haven't fully thought through the possibilities.

I guess this can be countered by having popcorn claiming...

Looking at different scenarios between
If the 2 town claim town, the cop claims cop, then we have 3 mafia to claim with the possibility of town/mafia A/cop.

The possibilities are all 3 claiming either town/cop/mafia A
2 claiming the same, 1 claiming another (can be broken down further by discriminating between mafia A and B being the one to complain separately.)
all mafia claiming separate roles

So given this should we analyze these possibilities first and make some predictions and forecasting or should we tackle the claims then analyze.

Personally I think we should claim first. Exhausting analysis now may be over-working, furthermore it gives scum to time to think through which they want to claim. However, it does give town and idea of what they should expect and best-worse case scenarios from the mass claim.

I think the whole point of a massclaim is - we claim first, and discuss the possibilities later. However, Aioqwe was not the first to do that - shaft.ed did the same when a massclaim was suggested day 2.

Claim mafia A would be helpful but I don't think it's just a claim and be safe i.e. someone counter-claims or how to deal with people saying you really seem more like a B... Also, since no one was mentioning the possibility of someone claiming A, I was wondering if in doing so could cause some unraveling to the plan of mass claim. For example if all you scum candidates were to claim A, meanwhile your cop was outed. Town still doesn't know who might be B and they have outed a cop. I dunno...

I think we should wait for tyler before jumping into anything.
