He shot Fate because Fate would lol nuke him.
He shot Spiffeh same reason.
He shot Reck because Reck could easily tunnel onto him and block him with his ACC some night in the future.
he nuked Zito because there was the threat that Zito would nuke him.
and now he's nuking Cephrir because Cephrir's a doctor and he needs his kill to go through tonight.

Because it's town cred for you and you wanted to save your nuke until all the nukes landed to ensure you have full understanding of the lay of the land to know who to kill.

There's situations where you need the doctor alive.
