I pointed it out earlier in 1950 where he flat out refused he was townreading him when he used the word "Mislynch" to refer to a Varsoon lynch, and then apparently he's a townread again in 1963 with the only Varsoon post in between being 1959 and i dont see any indication that he's resetting and/or rereading.
