I say gay and retarded. I know gay people who say 'faggot' too. Retarded used to be the politically correct term anyway, then it was spastic and now it's something like disabled or challenged - who gives a fuck what the word is? The fact that the PC term changes so readily is what makes me not give a shit tbh.

They're words and they mean the same thing as each other. In 5 years there's going to be a cuck movement to stop people using the word because 'cucks are people too'.

I actually don't use the word to get reactions, it's a part of my normal vocabulary (as well as people around me, including gays *shock horror*) - no1 actually cares about this stuff, except on the internet apparently.

I sense this is more a matter of pride than not for both parties. The word describes such a scenario as to downgrade the pride of what someone feels, and while it necessarily doesn't hurt someone as the saying goes, it can still cause trouble in indirect ways. People aren't effected by it, really, but there's still such a shock factor for people when they hear the word that it generates problems in itself. It's not that there is such a problem there, but rather, since people believe that it creates a problem, they create a problem with that.

It's confusing, but it's also far easier to not use the word in general. I understand that you believe it doesn't matter, and I tend to agree. I still respect the opinion of those who don't wish it to be used simply because it's rude.

FA: I never watched the movie, I was planning on rewatching the series with Drixx and slotting the movie in appropriately, but we never got around to it before the game ended. I googled her claimed character enough to see who she was, but the fact that her flavor didn't include any sort of poison stuff wasn't sufficient for me to go after her because I assume scum have GOOD fake claims...that is, ones that work with any sort of mechanical things. Just assumed there was something in the details of the movie that made it make sense, and moved onto defending my actual town reads.

@vifam: what part of my play made you want to make fun of me, besides the whole kraska thing, which was wholly based off the fact that the logic people were using to suspect her was fundamentally wrong and without that and/or flavor knowledge I didn't possess, there was no actual reason there suspect her slot (in the pages I bothered reading at least ^^)?

Scum had great fake claims. My setup was designed in a way to make sure no one can fake a way a kill worked or what was a killer with unique method identity.

claiming to do a kill like that was claiming her main flavor so when she claimed her fake claim after ward she was compermised. Her fake claim wasn't there to let her claim the scum kill and to let her get away with it.

Point is, any judgment that town should have figured it out based on her flavor claim is wrong.

The game was based on flavor and had kill flavors.

It was a tool that was pointing at a player and confirming her as scum

so Town must be judged for not catching it/using the tool
