Titus's Creature scumread at this time is really coming out of left field. the townread vanished because Creature expected Titus to find scum? really? i'm not saying he's right to assume that, but it's such a weak, textbook reason (BoP) to completely flip a read.
and us two on a team doesn't make any sense.

I also think their posting contains too much defense of their actions vs actual scum hunting.
The meta thing just is more my personal bias.

this town has been bitterly divided the entire game.
we come in to day 3 united for once and steamroll a scum lynch only for Leon to "whoops, i just governed him"

and look where we are now: back to square 1 with split wagons and no co-operation.

not that useful. Requires game knowledge and you would have to catch the scum player out in a lie claiming a character.

menno - lazy coroner

not useful until he survives very late into the game which is hard to do.

Titus - Vanilla cop

Only way you're busting scum with this is catching them lying about being vanilla

Giovanni - weak follower

so he can clear people every even night (so not right from the start) but it will cost him his life and requires proper crumbing to nail scum. better than the rest but has it's obvious limitations

Shiro - presume rolecop

assuming he's a rolecop based on his behaviour. Could be useful finding a scummy role but most of the scum probably have roles that seem towny on the surface, so not that useful.

narna - psychologist

gets to know who can make a kill ( so can't be godfathered ) and no limitations to usage apparently. drawback is that he could get false positives on vigs but minor drawback compared to all the rest above.

And as for Narna; if he says something like "I'm being death lawyered" it most probably stems from him knowing there is a death lawyer in the game. We thus cannot be 100% positive all flipped players were town. After all, this is explicitly a bastard gamer, is it not?

The "death lawyered" comment was a passive aggressive comment about how town would spin it if he flipped town. The tone of those posts was part of what made me think town, they didn't look like twilight trolling to me.

So, regarding my wagon:

I made post 4292 immediately after Narna was hammered, and I changed my mind after reading everything that had been going on between that, and my govern. I didn't have a good reason to scumread Narna him being a potential counterwagon, same as with my Magna and McMenno votes. Even after Narna was hammered, I felt more relieved that there was a quick day than that scum was lynched. That's an apathetic town mindset, which has gotten us nowhere thus far.

I think my govern saved us from a bad lynch, has gotten us valuable reactions and it allows Narna to use his investigative more. I stand by my govern.

For me to be that I'm scum, I not only have to be scum with Narna (as there's no scum motivation to stop such a powerful town role's mislynch), but I also had to publicly out my role to save my buddy instead of unvoting after his claim and fighting against his lynch.

The reads list is bad, and the vote is horrible, but Narna's claimed PR is really good if true. No result + massive is a really bad combination, though. Not unvoting.

I could see Narna's claim being true, but I could also see it as a role scum has. It's really powerful, and scum would have a reason to know who else can kill, with the amount of claimed vigs in this game.

I mean, I don't see the pro-town motivation in using such a powerful role on massive of all people.

All of these posts were after Narna's claim, but before the hammer.

This is the second time Creature says he wants to lynch Maxous and I. My objection here is that I am a weak role who targeted Maxous at night, so, barring shenanigans, I should have been dead if he was scum.

That kind of depends.
