Spike continued yelling “Why is it we keep collecting these bounties -- HUGE bounties, Jet, but we can never seem to break even? I’ll bet Faye’s gambling away everything we got right now down at the casino. You really should do a better job of hiding the cash.”

Jet shouted "Just stop! You’re literally burning my life away! You all have issues ... serious issues. You all are nothing but trouble! You can't stop putting yourself and my ship at risk." He stood up and and drank the rest of his lamented. "Where are they right now?"

Spike shrugged "How should I know? Am I their baby sitter? Ed is probably just playing chess again and Ein is definitely sitting in front of that damned empty refrigerator, waiting for us to give him another can of food."

Boys. They always think what they are doing is so much more important than what you are doing. Faye knew that she doesn't owe anything to them, she is her own person and maybe it was time she struck out on her own. Faye stomped on the cigarette as if to emphasize her thought - Knowing them, they wouldn’t appreciate her until she was gone.

Suddenly from the east, a red sports car came careening out of control. Hot on its tail was an unmarked sedan, men hanging out the passenger windows precariously with semi automatics. They took fire at the red sports car. The woman driving the sports car looked to be in real trouble. Suddenly another black car appeared who was trying to shoot her.

"Who are you?" Faye asked the driver.
She answered "Julia"
Faye looked at her like she is watching a goust. "The ... Julia? The one who saved his life?"
Julia noded "If you mean spike yes"

Faye shot the car which was following them three time.

"How did you find me?" Faye asked curiously.

"That doesn't matter. I need help Faye. Tell Spike that vicious found me and he is going to kill me. Something is happening in the syndicate and its not good." Julia looked at Faye. "Please ask him to take care. will you?"

Faye nodes and shot the chasing car wheel to make sure no one is following them.

Jet glowered. The Red Tail was all beat up again. “Faye! You can’t just come back here when something breaks; this isn’t your own personal repair yard!”

Faye ignored him and asked “Is he here?”

“Who, Spike? Yeah he is, but why…” before he could finish his sentence Faye had pushed past him onto the Bebop. She found him while he was trying to get inside a ship to take off.

“I have a message for you Spike.”

“Yeah well I’m leaving and I don’t have time for this.” Spike responded - he was obviously angry about something.

“She said she’d be waiting for you at the place. She said you’d know what she meant.” Faye replied.

“Well I don’t so if you don’t mind…” Spike responded without thinking.

“Her name is Julia, Spike, and they’re after her. They’re going to kill her.” Faye shouted. He visibly flinched at the name. He never flinched before. A ghost he was chasing; found him herself?

He got into the ship and turned on all the devices to to take of.

"Jet I'm ready to take off!" He shouted.

Faye shouted "And she told me to ask you to take care!" but obviously no one could hear the last sentence of her.
