If I've learned anything about mafia over my three thousand games, it's that the best tactic when faced with opposition to your reads is to cover your ears and yell "LALALALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU I CAN'T HEAR YOU LALALALALALALA." Metaphorically, of course, since this is a text based game. Unless your opposition comes in the form of audio files or video files which feature audio. In which case, by all means, take that advice completely literally.
