I am playing Mafia with FL and he says he's started to provide content, but in fact, everyone can see that he hasn't. Is it OK to start a wagon on the guy?

Dear Dripping Goofball,
Until such time as you get actual content out of FL, it is perfectly socially acceptable to heap more votes onto him. In fact - I'd go as far as to say that you have my blessing if you want to lynch him.
Miss Manners.Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.

With the timer running out, Flameaxe being a good little boy, and the less than stellar play from FL, it's time to move my vote.DrippingGoofball wrote:FaerieLord wrote:@Dripping Goofball. Content? What content are you referring to? Let me look and see if I can find this supposed content...FaerieLord wrote:@Dripping Goofball. I started posting frequently now. So you can always analyze what I posted. So the content part of it is being obeyed now.
Do you mean that post where you give explanation and information, but no actual analysis? See, that's the kind of content I call scum content, so it's not really content at all.
Besides, you're the new vote leader and the deadline is looming. For me, this combination of circumstances can only mean one thing. VOTE HOP TIME!

No, that guy is Faeren, Lord of Carlisle.
Also, I don't see how I can protect myself against this wagon. I hope you aren't expecting me to do a pbpa on every person
Also, why me not SirT for example? He has lurked much more than I have.(1:07:08 AM) Xdaamno: alcohol

Or don't do a PBPA, share your opinion if you have one. Pick a few players.FaerieLord wrote:Also, I don't see how I can protect myself against this wagon. I hope you aren't expecting me to do a pbpa on every person

Im not going to even try. Two days to change a whole group's opinion. Maybe not. Though if for you lurking is scummier than players you found suspicious, than good riddance to getting rid of this game(1:07:08 AM) Xdaamno: alcohol

Even if you end up being lynched, who jumps on your wagon and when is information we can use tomorrow. If you are a townie, you'll want to help by voicing YOUR suspicions. If you're scum, you might want to consider saying nothing so as not to give away your scumbuddies; that's what it looks like you are doing at the moment, and that's not helping you at all if you are town. And if you are town, you are not helping the town by allowing your lynch to be a contentless lynch.FaerieLord wrote:Im not going to even try. Two days to change a whole group's opinion. Maybe not. @Mod. Did you say the Deadline is retractable in your first post?Repeal: Deadline
I can see from where you are coming. Basically, its obvious that I'm going to get lynched now, so might as well just say everything.

Seeing those votecounts, look at the bolded jumping. That's not all. Foolinc was on the Flameaxe wagon, and the three of them are on my wagon. Another thing is that they are the fourth (on average) of the wagon, with rarely one of them being in the start. (Maybe Oman in the last one? He did contribute a bit on his own in the Lowell wagon tbf)vote count wrote:bubka - 9 (Lowell,Oman, Tarhalindur, foolinc,Flameaxe, pickemgenius, DragonsofSummer, UltimaAvalon, Sir Tornado)

Something I also noticed was UAs tendency to go off topic. Its nothing new for UA, but I saw it pulled a bit to the extremes when he started talking completely off topic with other players.
is an examplecan't believe its not butter
Vote: Butter
Also, slightly hypocritical
Talking about voting Flameaxe for going off topic. Its also the second time he's done it. Remember the Pokemanz thing? Lets make that the reason we kill him.
Unvote: Butter
Vote: Flameaxe
Flameaxe did go off topic often, but voting him is hypocritical from UA.
Dragon of Summers hasn't been helping either. Participated in the Pokemon discussion and generally barned other people's opinions.
CKD and DG seem most town as I read his post in a vacuum
Lowell, I see as another hypocrite. Condones my lurking behavious while he lurked the entire game saying that's how he plays. Also, admits twice that he voted just to bandwagon. Guess how many times he voted. Not counting the vote on me and the random vote, he voted twice.
Foolincs posts have been mostly one liners. I know I'm not one to speak, but considering he is lynching me for lack of content, I find it contradicting
So yes, that is my opinion about some of the players. Might post more tomorrow if I'm motivated enough(1:07:08 AM) Xdaamno: alcohol

Tarhalindur should be bolded along with foolinc, Flameaxe and Oman.
That is an interesting observation.Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.

Tarhalindur has been on just about every single wagon in this entire game (excluding his own) and I believe the discussion on it has passed.
Personally, I think all of his vote hops are opportunistic, and he just kinda seems to be moving with the towns thinking for the most part. All of his own targets were stretches, and usually based on something very small, at times not even scummy at all.Defined by who I dislike, not who I like~
