Vanilla of previous alignment


This role shares the win condition & alignment of the previous role rolled. If this is the first role rolled, then it shares the alignment/win condition of the final role rolled.

I think the last alignment spread was somewhere between posts 400-500 if you want a starting point.

Slot now becomes a hydra. If you cannot afford a hydra partner, one will be assigned to you. Reroll for role, or for alignment as necessary.

When you lynch a player, you also hammer the two people aside them on the list unless the lynched player was a hydra.

Sated:
When you kill a hydra, you win the game.

Each night, choose two players. The moderator will let you know whether or not those players have the same win condition as each other. (Two players have the same win condition if it's impossible for one to win and the other to lose unless their win conditions are changed. Modkills count as a win condition change.)

    • [Passive] You control all other Cult members' Night Actions.

Can only kill players who had at least three votes on them at the end of the previous Day; votes by members of your own faction don't count for this purpose. This kill is mostly compulsive, and must be taken whenever there's a valid target (but there's no penalty for failing to use it if there's nothing to aim it at).

Once during the game, you may send in a list of any number of players. You will receive a report containing all their alignments (including wincon if it's not a common alignment), but not saying which belongs to which player.

"Loyal" is a bit of a misnomer in this situation… (The role is still net positive utility, as you can use it on someone who's likely to be lynched to save yourself a nightkill or confirm them as scum.)

I guess it depends what other abilities are in the game. Getting an extra cult recruit would be pretty strong.
