Well, his behaviour seemed to hold the investigations down since he wouldn't let go and distract us all.
This feels like a policy. Him surviving the day would have surely made day 2 even harder. I know I Mostly noticed his provocative post when reading the 400 posts I read.
Speaking of which I might missed very important plays, I need to reread.
I know you thought at first he is scum, but now it's pretty obvious that's it's a vi, bad play, and his being convinced he knows it all better.

For me, the vote was between four people because they were all voting each other in turn over what I think is petty distracting crap (alts and VIs and whatnot). I ruled out one of them based on a towny response to accusations. Out of the others, 0x40 was the scummiest, and he ended up being one we all agreed upon. I can't tell whether the others thought it was policy, but his behaviour definitely didn't help.

It's a little weird to me that 0x40 had four votes on him, with Chrimi and implosion both willing to hammer, Drone pointing FOS, just leaving Jibs as the only one not supporting the lynch. I guess the flip will tell whether this was the Best Town Wagon Ever or whether there's scum laughing somewhere in back.

It's a nice, calm time to live in InnocentVille. Everyone is happy, the guilty are duly punished, people are nice, and most everyone is, innocent.

That is, until innocentvillager, your mayor, randomly drops dead one night.

A note from the "NotSoInnocentVillagers" calls for an overhaul of the "corrupt, quasi-innocent" policies that innocentvillager has instated.

So many of you have fled the town out of fear that only 9 of you remain to discuss the issue.

You know two of these other 8 people are the NotSoInnocentVillagers, since they said they were a group of 2. Fearing for your lives, you angrily and hastily accuse each other of being the NotSoInnocentVillagers. What's their objective? You wonder...

You finally decide on 0x40, whose name was so irritable since hexadecimal is confusing. Why couldn't he have just called himself 64? Anyway, you hoist his body in the air to lynch him, until you hear a neck snap. You rummage through his belongings and his house, only to find that he was, unfortunately, quite innocent.

Cass, could you post your first impressions? Like I said I don't think there's much we can analyze for this night, beyond useless speculation on who scum targeted and who the PR is.

On the 0x40 wagon, we have:
-tne: pretty consistently pushed 0x40 all day. Her vote isn't really scummy.
-PP: he switches from rocnix to 0x40, after Rocnix disappeared. This in and of itself is fine. I'm not sure what I think of the vote itself.
-Jibs: pretty strange vote. He votes immediately after PP, having not said anything about 0x40 in a long time. Would be nice if we could ask him about this but ah well.
-shannon and Chrimi I don't feel like can be read in to at all, given that they were to some degree simply "the day is ending" votes, I believe. I think they're both fine though. shannon maybe a little but it doesn't really make me feel much either way.

I sort of feel like one of pp/jibs was being opportunistic scum here to some degree but -shrug-. Myself and Drone were also expressing suspicion near the end so the hammer in particular is meaningless. The fact that literally every other player expressed suspicion of 0x40 to at least some degree frankly makes me a bit suspicious of AF, who before disappearing due to sickness expressed a tone of criticality towards 0x40 without actually expressing suspicion.

AF, what do you make of the wagon and in general the play that occurred while you were gone? Would you have joined it, do you think? Do you think it was a good lynch?

I think it was town's only option for a lynch with so little time left on the clock, especially with the surge of replacements and my unfortunately illness. I don't really have an issue with the people just joining the wagon because "day ending soon". (I've expressed my own opinion on 0x40 before. If you're too lazy to look through my ISO I called him town.) So no, I would have tried to push another wagon instead.
