No, not even a little bit.

Assuming Gerry is scum because he's not voting is assuming that he is hesitant about voting, for some reason. That doesn't at all match his attitude that he has shown this game, and frankly, it doesn't make any sense to assume that anyone is actually hesitant to vote, when people can lay down a naked vote and easily get away with it.

The contradiction was a lie. He defended his vote and then said it was just an RVS vote. If it was an RVS vote, why was he justifying it so much? Because it wasn't an RVS vote. Which means that he lied.
