We've spent too much time talking about how to get penalties and not enough time randomly voting people out.

I still think Oman is the likeliest scum at this point. For the simple reason that I don't, in any way, see "let's try to figure out ways to get penalties" as equal to "let's try to vote out scum and win the game."
