Supposing we figure out exactly what a person's stage 0/1 PR is, how does that help us predict whether or not they're intelligible at stage 2/3? I also really, really don't think the mod would have given scum different post restrictions - it's simply too obvious to have six people have roughly the same restriction. And we know the scum

are

post restricted. So I don't see why knowing a person's stage 0/1 restriction is actually that helpful, at the moment.

I would say the fact that only Yos2 mentioned that means that not (m)any other people are unintelligible at stage 3, but I wouldn't bet much on it, given it's partially irreversible. If stage 3 is unintelligible, then stage 2's gotta be pretty bad, right?

Considering we know the scum have PRs, I don't see any reason to believe they would be different from town PRs, and hence I don't see any benefit to soupfly's idea of attacking those who have different PRs. Especially I don't see what is suspect about Andy/Kscope's PRs not being obvious. I think soupfly is after an easy target. ZONEACE too, though I'm unsure whether he was trying to prove a point or actually believing what he said.
