I chose Orlais because I wanna use the PT for extra scumhunting (so day/night-chat) and because I thought Kingmaker would help me form reads but I just realized that I have no idea how it is going to work.

Shiro town, Dunn weaktown so far, Fbbb feels town to as well as Titus-hydra and probably some other people too but I just read up on 20 pages so I don't remember anymore.

What's the Dunn read based on?

That's what I was thinking. Though, I would expect more in Antiva if there are more than 4 scum. I can't see a list of our scum-to-town ratio anywhere, so I assume that's part of the puzzle.
